Auditing is the verifying and assessing of a company’s annual report. The goal of an auditors assessment is to increase the credibility of Your company’s financial information in the eyes of investors, shareholders and the public.

Auditing of the annual report is compulsory for all joint-stock companies, units of local governments, public corporate bodies and governmentally appropriated political parties. Auditing is also compulsary for certain foundations as shown in § 91.4 in the auditing law.Read more ->
